• Information you enter into the app, including check in responses, financial figures such as equity or buyout numbers, notes, and your 30 60 90 day plan

• Give you access to your private account and the tools inside it
• Send you the email series and updates you have opted into
• Improve and maintain the app
• Respond if you contact us for support

We do not sell your information. We do not share your check in entries, financial figures, or personal notes with any third party.

Who can see your information

Your account is private and your information is handled according to this Privacy Policy. The answers, moods, and numbers you enter are associated with your account and are not shared with other users. Michelle and the Calm Moves team do not access your individual entries unless you contact us directly for support and give us permission to look.

We use trusted third party providers to run parts of the app, such as payment processing and email delivery. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their specific service and are required to keep it secure.

Data storage and security

Your information is stored securely using industry standard safeguards. While no system can guarantee complete security, we take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access.

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send

Children's privacy

Calm Moves is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
